While we enjoy the Rolling, the bumping of the fists and really bad humor with great people and while competition is all well and good and has its place; we also want to provide the tools to get you home at the end of the day.

Here is a very brief clip from our grappling for conceal carry class where I use a Russian Tie and then make the mistake of staying in contact and escalating by choking my partner when I should have disengaged to create distance.

There is a difference between what we do for sport and what we need for life situations.

This course is helping me process information from a different perspective and decision making.

We’re all making a ton of mistakes and learning from them.

Thanks to for the excellent instruction.
