Kids Judo: Mon, Wed: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Adult / teen Judo: Mon, Wed: 7:00pm - 8:30 pm, Tue: 7:00 - 8:00 AM. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Sat and Sun, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Thurs: 1:00 - 3:00 pm. Kickboxing: Sat and Sun: 11:30 AM - 3:00 pm
Grappling: Tue: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. (NEW, with Brandon Holmberg). "Open Mat" MMA: Fri: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. (Judo, B

JJ, Striking, etc.). (Fridays are not for first time beginners. No instructor). Advanced Athlete Judo: Saturdays, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (BY APPOINTMENT). (Adults and teens. Olympic style competition Judo). Other classes by appointment.

Harvest Festival is joining with the Minneapolis "Open Streets" festival this year. This is going to be HUGE! Lowry Ave. will be closed off from Queen Ave (DOCS Gym area) all the way to the new river bridge! Lots of free give-aways, entertainment, kids stuff, carnival food, etc. Sat, Sept 29th, 2012. 11:00 AM-6:00 pm. FREE ADMISSION.

Kickboxing at DOCS Gym!! Male and female, adults and teens. Sat, 9-22 and Sun, 9-23. With Tae Kwon Do 6th degree blackbelt "Master" Julian Santana and Kickboxing competitor Amanda Maskrey (with a competition record of 32 and 2). Last weekend's classes were excellent! Bring friends.

USA Judo tournament May 12th at Eagan Civic Arena. Big annual event and lots of fun. Leroy Longworth (Tournament Director) is asking for volunteers to help run the tournament. Please respond. (Judo players and non judo players alike are welcome).

Free food and free workout tomorrow! Karen Miller is bringing the food at noon: Sloppy Joes, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Fresh Veggies, and Desert.
*Also, no guest fees will be expected tomorrow, Sat.
-11 AM Tae Kwon Do with Julian Santana
-1 pm BJJ with Josh Haynie
-3 pm Advanced Judo with Zaur Jal. (For athletic teens and adults).

Also, Karen is bringing stockings for the kids stuffed with fun stuff!
You may bring something to share IF YOU WANT TO but it is not expected.

Holiday Party at DOCS Gym Sat, Dec 17th at Noon!
Karen Miller, one of our members since 2004, has volunteered to cook and bring the food. We still will have the normal Tae Kwon Do class at 11 AM and BJJ at 1:00 pm. Bring your friends and family along. Bring a friend to class for free that day.
First we need to see how many people can make it that day. Please RSVP us and let us know if you can be here. May as well come over and work out and get some food and visit with other members and friends...why not?!

Weekend hours are subject to change without notice.

No Tae Kwon Do class until Wednesday after Thanksgiving.
