Joint Sparring Development Class @ South Minneapolis National Karate: Saturday, September 12 @ 1:20pm

Woodbury National Karate will be joining South Minneapolis students at our S. Minneapolis studio. The goal of this practice is to bring together our two schools so that everyone can get more experience fighting people that are not just from their own schools.

• Please arrive with enough time to be fully in gear prior to the start time
• Regular teen/adult sparring at 1pm will be cancelled this day
• This sparring class is available to Youth Advanced/Black Belt students and ALL Teen/Adult students
• If you are unable to make this sparring class, please notify one of the instructors

The Monthly Exam will take place on Saturday, August 29th at the S. Minneapolis National Karate studio.

• Sparring gear is required for all belt levels green and above
• Be sure to bring a water bottle
• Wear your FULL uniform, including your karate uniform top
• Bring any weapons you may need for testing

Please be ready at least 15 minutes prior to the exam start time.
9:00 AM - Beginner Exam
10:30 AM - Intermediate & Advanced Exam

3:15 – 4:15 Beginner Mega Team
4:15 – 5:15 Advanced NON-musical Mega Team
5:15 – 6:00 Advanced Form and BASICS
