Safety Awareness and Self-Defense (ages 5 & up)

Instructor: Norm Rolando Learn basic karate moves and self-defense combinations.

This program is designed to enhance, self esteem, safety awareness and practical self-defense as well as to promote responsible citizenship, drug avoidance and confidence. Students can progress to yellow belt or higher by continuing in our following sessions. We do not teach fighting. Defense and responsibility, rather than aggression are emphasized. Learn a useful skill while having fun! Classes
