TOMORROW:Paced Ride #2: The 32 mile Westside Route! NC Shop Manager Matthew is leading our fast-paced group ride on Sunday, June 13th - wheels turning at 7am starting and ending here at the shop. (Typically these rides will be Saturday mornings but our first one is on Sunday)

This ride is for you if:
- You have a road bike
- You're comfortable riding for 90 minutes at 18 mph or faster
- You've ridden in a pace line or you want to learn how to do so

If that sounds like you arrive by 6:45 am to chat and get read to ride!

Join us on Saturday, June 13th at 7am for our next group run + walk! We're starting and ending at the shop (19 N. Main Street, Rice Lake) and will be running a 3 mile loop all on pavement. Runners and walkers of all paces are welcome PLUS we'll have coffee and treats for all in the shop afterwards! Arrive a few minutes early and we'll head out at 7am! See you then!!

This is our most 🟢accessible🟢 route - low miles (10 ish), super flat, super chill…and if you want to bring the kids there’s a 6-ish mile cutoff.

Wow what a great week it was for the Northwoods Cycle Riders Club and the NEW Rice Lake Run Club! It was amazing to see so many folks at the rides and the first ever run! Can't wait for next week!

Speaking of next week...the weather looks good so far on Tuesday for our Party Pace ride! We'll be riding the "Dairyland Cruise" from LynnDale's Golf Course at 6pm on Tuesday. This is our most accessible route - low miles (10 ish), super flat, super chill and if you want to bring the kids there's a 6-ish mile cutoff. Watch our socials on Tuesday in case the forecast changes, otherwise we'll see you all on Tuesday at Lynndales...or 7am Saturday morning at the shop for a run or fast-paced ride!

CALLING ALL RUNNERS!! Are you ready to run? Join us on Saturday, June 6th at 7am for our first ever group run! We're starting and ending at the shop (19 N. Main Street, Rice Lake) and will be running a 3 mile loop all on pavement. Coach Catt from Northern Lakes Endurance will be leading the run, our shoe expert Anna will be on hand after the run for shoe-related questions and free gait analysis...plus coffee and treats for all in the shop after we run! Arrive a few minutes early and we'll run at 7am! See you then!!
