Shred Shed will have no staffed hours, and take no appointments this week! We are taking some much needed rest and relaxation (if your idea of rest and relaxation is waking up at 4am and putting on 10-15 miles 😉).
We will be back in action next week, and also respond to all phone calls and emails once we return! Happy Monday everybody đŸ„ł

After such an AMAZING experience in Zion for our first Fitness Retreat, we are planning another one! If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to get outside of your comfort zone, put yourself mentally and physically, and connect with a supportive group of fun, likeminded individuals, congratulations!! You’ve found your next vacation! Joshua Tree is such an iconic park, and I promise, the air bnb is STUNNING! Because who doesn’t want to come back to luxury accommodations after a long day of hiking, climbing, golfing, or yoga?! đŸ€— stay tuned for more details!

Another iconic hike, but this one takes you through a river! One by one each person conquered what we named “the curve of terror” because that current was STRONG! We had the support of the group to keep pushing through the deep rushing water, and everyone came out of the other side without a single fall.

Tomorrow we announce our second and final retreat of 2026, and sign up officially opens up to the public. So if you wanted to go on the first one, or you’re watching our reels and thinking “this actually looks fun!” you’ll have your chance to get signed up for the next one starting tomorrow, May 1st 2026!
