Granite City Motor Park is by far one of Jenna's favorite tracks, just can't seem to have any luck there 🫠
Got caught up in a wreck on the first lap of the heat race causing some frame damage, body work and bent door bar. Girls got it fixed up, was moving good in the feature until a car came down from the top of the track spinning her out. Caution got called on her, she went to the back. Passed a couple cars then got sent into the front stretch wall coming to the checkered. Not how we wanted the night to go but it happens, finally comfortable and found some speed! Regroup and see what direction we head from here! Huge thanks for Kendall going along again, fun to be back at the track with Layla again although both girls had some damage! Cody spent a lot of time getting the car back to Jenna's liking and going over the whole car this week, couldn't do it without everyone!

Shawn's Feature at Red Cedar last night!
Miss judged the track/setup in the heat which left us starting second to last in the feature, with a goal to just finish!
A lot of two wide racing making it hard to move forward, also suffered some damage from a tractor tire and another driver under caution making it a challenge to drive the last few laps. Finished the night in 7th going +3!
Congrats Sam on the win!

Awful defeating night!
Pink car suffered quite a bit of damage last night at Rice Lake, most of it being body damage, or so we thought 🫠 Stayed up LATE last night getting it tore down and started putting some of it back together, up early this morning and finished just in time to hit the road to Granite City Motor Park.
She started 6th in the heat finished 5th.
Texted cody and Shawn back home to see their thoughts on what to do, as she just couldn't get it through the corners. Went to change a tire not too long before the feature and realized the right rear shock mount was broken. Likely broke last night and unfortunately got overlooked in the rush of trying to get the car ready. With some help they got a new shock on right before the feature. Pulled out for the feature, packed track for a little while, coming to the green flag the tie rod broke 🫠. Watched from the infield and bummed she didn't get to race as the track looked dang good! Huge thanks to Kendall for going along and helping Jenna out! Along with everyone who helped at the track last night, at the shop this morning, and at the track tonight, we appreciate you all so much and couldn't do it without you! Time to slow down, and go through the car!

Nothing too crazy to report tonight!
Shawn- heat 6-2 feature 5-3
Cody street- heat 5-5 feature dnf
Cody B mod- heat 1-2 feature 7th-5th
They worked on the pink car at the track for a few hours after the race in hopes Jenna can make it to Granite tomorrow 🤞 Have quite a bit more work to do in the morning but we will see what we can do!
Shawn finished the season 2nd in points in the streeter, and Cody 2nd in the b mod!

3 BACK TO BACK WINS🏁🧡💙
Seriously can't thank everyone involved enough!
The fans and track tonight were INSANE, we could just hear em screaming and cheering from victory lane, definitely make an effort to be back a couple times next year!
Brent, Cody, and Shawn worked their tails off on Jenna's car all week, she ultimately decided to leave it parked!
