As a proud grandmother, I have a special heart for reaching children early — working alongside parents and loved ones to help them build strong foundations in faith and life. Through my resources and programs, I aim to equip kids, adults, and families to grow deeper in Christ and stronger together. With studies in personality, communications, and leadership — plus years of management and coaching experience — I bring a wide range of tools to support spiritual and personal growth. I’ve trained through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am certified in the Wisdom Coaching Program, designed specifically for the challenges kids face today. When you're exhausted, the answer isn't always to try harder. Sometimes you need to stop, pray, rest and remember that you were never meant to live independently of Christ. Ask for help where you need it. Open His Word. Do the next faithful thing. You don't need strength for the next five years today. You need grace for today.

The test of obedience isn't how you respond when following Jesus is convenient. It is what you do when obedience costs something. When you face a difficult decision this week, ask yourself: What does Scripture say? What would faithfulness require? Am I choosing what is right, or simply what is easiest?

Some of the most faithful things you will ever do may never receive applause. The prayer nobody hears. The temptation you resist privately. The person you serve without recognition. The forgiveness nobody knows about. God sees what people don't. Keep being faithful, even when there is no audience.

If you are still fighting the same sin, don't assume that means God is not working in you. The Christian life includes a real battle against sin, and Scripture calls us to put sin to death by the power of the Spirit. That means we don't excuse sin, but we also don't despair when we stumble. We confess, repent, receive the mercy of Christ and keep fighting. Don't make peace with the sin Christ is teaching you to put to death. What helps you return to obedience when you fall?

Exhaustion isn't a spiritual achievement. You can love Jesus deeply and still need sleep, rest, help and time to recover. Faithfulness doesn't mean pretending you have unlimited capacity. Sometimes the faithful thing is to keep going. Sometimes it is to stop and rest. Ask God for wisdom to know the difference.

It is possible to do the right thing for the wrong reason. We can serve, give, post, pray and even sacrifice because we want people to notice us. Jesus calls us to something deeper. Ask yourself: Would I still do this if nobody knew? Faithfulness isn't about looking impressive. It is about living before God.

We can assume that difficulty means we made the wrong choice. But sometimes obedience is difficult precisely because it goes against what is convenient, popular or comfortable. Don't measure faithfulness by how easy life becomes afterward. Measure it against what God has revealed in His Word.

Faith becomes difficult when we cannot see the results we hoped for. But our confidence in God cannot rest entirely on getting the outcome we want. His character remains faithful when circumstances are confusing. Keep praying. Keep obeying. Keep doing good. You may not see what God is doing, but you can trust the God who does.

You don't need to build a perfect Christian image. You need Christ. There will be days you struggle, days you fall and days you need to repent and start again. The answer isn't pretending you're stronger than you are. Keep coming back to Christ, trusting His grace and faithfully following Him one day at a time.

Did you know that God never says that we shouldn't be angry. He said that we shouldn't act on it. Emotions are part of who we are the difference is , do we allow what we feel to control us or do we have spirit filled self control?
