Year later & still waiting on someone to come and test Amy’s gangster and smash her (insane) record of 4 circuits in 47 minutes; 30 seconds

25 years as a trainer and no one else has done it! She lost literally all her fat and became a total MACHINE in the program. I sometimes joked that in the end, I’m signing up with her! Congrats Amy! 🤝💪

It’s hard to believe that just 6 months ago these were everyday people just trying to lose a little weight or get a little more fit 💪🏻 Not only did they all exceed their goals, they’ve transformed themselves into conditioned athletes that can handle some of the highest levels of training I offer. I’m so proud of them! 💥👏🏻🥇🏋️‍♀️💥
