Triangle Rowing Club

Triangle Rowing Club Triangle Rowing Club is a competitive youth rowing team for middle and high school students in Wake County and the greater Triangle area

Come join the area's ONLY youth rowing team! We are a co-ed rowing team that competes throughout the Southeast. The team is open to anyone between the ages of 12 and 18. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! If you're interested in getting in shape and having a great time, this is the team for you! You can try us out during our fall and spring Sneak Peek Weeks. PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

Monday 3:30-6pm (Varsity only

- April & May only)
Tuesday 3:30-6pm
Wednesday 3:30-6pm
Thursday 3:30-6pm
Friday 3:30-6pm
Saturday 8-11am

Middle School Practice Schedule:
Tuesday & Thursday - MS Girls Only - 3:30-6pm
Wednesday & Friday - MS Boys Only - 3:30-6pm
Saturday 8-11am Boys and Girls

SPRING SEASON RACES:
June 8-12: 2022 USRowing Youth National Championships- Sarasota, FL (Qualifying/Select HS Athletes)

Hard fought Southeast Regional Championship Regatta. The region battled it out this weekend and TRC has returned from Florida with 3 podiums and several bids to youth nationals in June. Amazing work demonstrated all weekend.
