Had an awesome night last night! We were able to get our first pole in qualifying which gave me a great advantage for the first race! We were able to lead about half of the race before the car started to fall off and the driver started to make a few mistakes costing us the lead. In the end we finished 3rd, which is our best finish so far! In the second we started 6th and finished 5th with some awesome racing! Great learning night for us and we know what we need to do to be better for next time! I have to thank ParTee Shack and Mitchell’s Mobile Maintenance for their support, as well as Logan Martin for helping make this car bad fast! Friday night was a chaotic one. Qualified 4th, bounced around with some cars, avoided a few wrecks, got into a little wreck, but through all the adversity we managed to finish the race 5th. It was an awesome time all day and although we are happy to get a top 5, we know we had more in the car! Cannot thank ParTee Shack and Mitchell’s Mobile Maintenance for all of their help. We have a few weeks to get the car dialed in for the next race on June 5th. Hope to see you then!
