We’re excited to have Mitch Johnson taking over RAW West practices Monday & Tuesday!

Mitch brings a ton of high-level wrestling experience to the room:

🔥 2006 NCHSAA 4A State Champion
🐺 140 career high school wins
🤼 NCAA Division I wrestler at UNC Greensboro
🥈 Southern Conference Tournament Finalist

Mitch knows what it takes to compete and win at a high level, and we’re excited for our RAW West athletes to have the opportunity to learn from him.

JAPAN IS COMING TO RAW! 🐺🔥

We’re incredibly excited to welcome a group of Japanese athletes to RAW this Wednesday night, and even more excited to train with some of the best in the world.

This is an awesome opportunity for our athletes to experience wrestling from a different perspective, learn new techniques, and share the mat with wrestlers from one of the strongest wrestling cultures in the world.

One of the things we’re most proud of at RAW is giving our athletes opportunities that go beyond a normal practice. Wednesday night is another chance to learn, compete, build relationships, and grow the sport across borders.

We’re honored to have them in our room and can’t wait to see what they bring to the mat!
