We are hosting something new! If you love high intensity and love some pickleball.. this is for you!

Saturday, August 29th at 8am!
Expect a quick 5 minute warm up into stations of 5 minutes (half will be on the courts, half will be doing the high intensity workout) and then you switch until 45 minutes are up!

The movements are all body weight, but we can level up or level down! Your rest period is during the pickleball play.

If this is loved by the community then we will continue to do it monthly!
Don't forget to RSVP! Limited spots.
