Join us Saturday, June 13 at 10AM for a special Burn + Yoga Pop-Up Class led by Coach Cate and Grace at the brand-new Big Grove Brewery in Prairie Village.

We'll kick things off with an energizing Burn workout, slow it down with Yoga, then stick around to celebrate with good company, a drink, and lite bites on one of Kansas City's newest patios. Big Grove recently opened its Prairie Village taproom and expansive outdoor space, making it the perfect setting for a summer sweat session.

AFTER HOURS is back on Friday, June 5 at 6PM in the HI Room- bringing together partner workouts, high energy challenges, glow lights, loud playlists, and nonstop team competition.
Whether you bring your husband, wife, best friend, roommate, gym crush, or show up solo, you'll have a partner by the time class starts. 🤝
Expect multiple workout stations, endurance focused challenges, and plenty of opportunities to earn bragging rights. Wear neon or all-black workout gear, and we'll have glow sticks waiting for you at the door.
