One of my favorite things? When I’m practicing for class and my watch thinks I am doing an outdoor run. Um, ok ✅ and this is just during practice so imagine what we could do in a full on class. Come dance with me, I’ll be your date. You will work hard sweat a lot and laugh for the entire hour.
