Our My Gym Potomac team is back from Florida and feeling inspired 🌴☀️

Coach Laura, Coach Elias, Coach Alyssa, and Owner Mandy just returned from our yearly My Gym conference. 💪🏽
They spent 2 days learning all sorts of new gym fun to bring back to our families and students. 🤸‍♀️🌟

We love growing, learning, and bringing fresh energy back to the gym so every class can be even more fun, engaging, and magical. 🫶💫
