Yoga Refuge PDX We have two beautiful yoga studios (SE Montavilla and Northwest 17th) with expert teachers, diverse class styles and a welcoming community.

Yoga Refuge is a beautiful yoga studio located in the heart of the Montavilla neighborhood, conveniently located for Portland's outer East side. We are a school that examines yoga as both a contemplative and creative process. Our teachers are knowledgeable, skillful and passionate about supporting students of all levels in the creation of a meaningful yoga practice. We offer a wide range of styles

, inclusive to different ages, bodies and abilities. Our regular schedule will have all of your favorites: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and more. Our specialty classes include Yoga 101 for absolute beginners. Visit our website to register and receive your first class free!

Join us for a relaxed get-together and get to know your fellow yogis–we'd be delighted to have you join us!

5:45pm Friday, June 26th


We'll be at Threshold Brewing after class, approximately 5:45pm. They are located downstairs from Yoga Refuge on 79th and are offering special happy hour pricing just for students!

They have beer, cider, and N/A options, as well as a Pierogi pop-up for some tasty eats!

Signing up is not required, but does help us know how many we might expect.

Whether you attend the class beforehand or just come for the social, we're excited to spend time with you!

oga + Forest Bathing with Jeff Amram
Sunday, May 31st from 1pm to 5pm

Join Jeff Amram for an afternoon of wellness and connection to body, mind, and heart. We will begin with a 1.5-hour yoga class at the SE studio open to all levels, followed by a 2-hour Forest Bathing experience on Mt Tabor.

More detailed information regarding logistics of the walk will be sent to registered participants as the time approaches.
