My name is Chris Carter, LAT, ATC, and I’m excited to officially launch my Strength & Conditioning and Athletic Performance services through Code 3 Health & Fitness in Poca, WV.
As a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer, my goal is to help athletes and individuals improve performance, become more resilient, and build strength the RIGHT way.
