Update from WVMS

Qualified 1st out of 48 cars.

Started on the pole of our heat race and on the 1st lap busted a power steering line. Managed to salvage the 4th and final transfer spot with no power steering.

Feature; started 13th. And made our way up to the 7th position!

Huge thanks to Russell and Eric Erwin for the replacement line. Our night would have been done without you guys!

We came up a little bit short, but every lap was a lesson. We’ll take what we learned and keep pushing forward.

After being closed for a couple of years, Portsmouth Raceway Park is back — and the 5M is headed back to PRP for the Jackie Boggs Kids Night with the Ohio Valley Late Model Dirt Series.

Tomorrow night is also about honoring a man who meant so much to so many of us. 💙 Jackie’s impact on racing and the people around him will never be forgotten. We’re proud to be a part of a night celebrating his life, his legacy, and the love he had for this sport. 🏁
