Message in The Nest:
A lot of people quit in life when they’re tired. But tired isn’t a signal to stop — it’s a sign you’re close. Think about the end of a race: that final stretch where your body wants to shut down, where everything hurts. That’s not the time to pull back. That’s when you lean in.
The same is true in life. Most people give up on their goals, their dreams, their purpose — not because they weren’t capable, but because they got tired right before the breakthrough.
Tired doesn’t mean weak. Tired doesn’t mean finished. Tired means you’ve been grinding, and you’re getting close. Stop looking at being tired as something negative. Start seeing it as a privilege — a sign that you’re chasing something meaningful.
In track and field — just like in life — the way you finish when you’re tired determines the quality of your success. And here at The Nest, we don’t stop when we’re tired. We push, we finish, we arrive.
Track and field isn’t just a sport. It’s training for life.
