The Regeneration Foundation Golf Outing ⛳️

More than a day on the course — this is an opportunity to make an impact.

Funds raised through this event will directly support financial assistance for training services for neurologically injured individuals and help continue the mission of organizations making a difference in our communities, including Growth Works, South Lyon Youth Assistance, PBJ Ministries, and Operation Freedom Project.

Every registration, every sponsor, and every contribution helps create opportunities, support recovery, and change lives.

Thank you to everyone involved in helping us make an impact that reaches far beyond the golf course.

The 1st Annual Regeneration Foundation Armed Forces Day Ruck 🇺🇸🎒 was an incredible reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with purpose.

We are deeply thankful to every person who walked, volunteered, donated, sponsored, and supported this event as we honored the men and women who have served our country. Every step taken represented gratitude, sacrifice, and unity.

Because of your generosity, we raised more than $3,500 for local veteran initiatives and donated 506 pounds of food to a local food pantry. The impact of this day will continue far beyond the event itself.

With Memorial Day Weekend approaching, we are especially mindful of those who gave everything in service to our nation. Thank you for helping us honor their legacy in such a meaningful way.

We are grateful for this amazing community and proud of what we accomplished together. 🇺🇸

We’re not chasing perfect days.

We’re chasing consistency.

Because progress doesn’t care how you felt that day. Anyone can work when they feel good. The separating factor is what happens when you don’t.

The days you’re tired.

The days your body feels heavy.

The days your mind says “not today.“

Get up. Train

Overhead Athletes 🚨

If you spend time throwing, swimming, serving, pressing, or competing overhead — your shoulder needs more than just strength. It needs control, stability, and the ability to handle force through a full range of motion.

Check out these variations to build resilient shoulders, stay healthy, and keep doing what you love without missing training time.

Train for performance. Train for longevity. 💪

Congratulations on this achievement!

4 years of Ethos and 15 years of the gym.

It’s no wonder so many of our members had such great things to say - your demand for excellence and people first culture is unmatched. Many of our members have been life long, and that is certainly a testimony to this amazing gym and culture you have created.

The Ethos team is second to none. Each coach and client carries themselves with character and excellence.

Thank you and your staff for sharing your Ethos with all of us - hard work, resilience, grit, passion, selflessness and an insatiable drive to press on and be the best.

15 years down and we are just getting started.

Four years.

It’s hard to believe how much has happened in this short span of time — people who have come and gone, families that have grown, athletes who have evolved, and a community that continues to push us forward every single day.

What started as a vision has become something far greater than we could’ve imagined through hard work, dedication, persistence, and the belief of the people around us.

These last four years would not have been possible without the support of our community, the commitment of the Ethos staff, and every individual who has trusted and believed in our mission along the way.

To everyone who has been a part of this journey so far — thank you.

We promise to continue striving to provide the best resources, coaching, and environment possible to enrich the lives of every person we encounter.

Long-distance runners — your lower legs take a beating.

If you want to stay durable, improve force production, and keep logging miles without nagging issues, these are 5 exercises worth adding into your routine:

• Straight leg calf raises
• Split stance bent knee calf raises
• Ball squeeze calf raises
• Tibialis raises
• Calf raises with a band pulling medially

Each variation challenges the foot and ankle complex differently — targeting both the gastroc and soleus while also improving tibialis strength, arch control, and frontal plane stability.

The goal isn’t just “strong calves.”
It’s building resilient lower legs that can tolerate high mileage, absorb force efficiently, and help reduce unnecessary stress up the chain.

Small muscles, big impact!
