If you’ve been on the fence about joining a bootcamp or training with me… 👀

Maybe you’re wondering if it’s worth it, whether you’ll fit in, or whether you’ll actually enjoy it.

Don’t just take my word for it — hear it from the people who are already doing it. 💪🏼

These are just 2 of MANY amazing reviews I’ve received recently, and I couldn’t be more proud of the community we’re building. 🩷

Many client often ask what to do for warm ups so I want to give a few ideas on how to warm up and also these can be used as variations or progressions for the exercises. They are great to do if you are needing to do a lighter session or still recovering from birth or an injury

My client messaged me: “This exercise is killing my wrists.”
My response wasn’t “just push through it” or “just skip it.”
I sent her THIS video with 2 options to keep her progressing WITHOUT pain.
Because wrist pain is SO common, especially for us moms [hello, carrying kids, typing, hormones] - but pain is not something you have to just deal with.
Here’s how we scale it - steal these for your next workout:
If this crab reach bothers your wrists, try:
1. Elevate it: Hands on a bench, box, or couch. Less angle = less pressure on the wrist joint. This is my go-to for bootcamp.
2. Change the joint angle: hold onto dumbbells - keeps your wrist stacked and happy.

Same muscle group. Same goal. Zero pain.
This is what I mean when I say every workout is scalable.
Whether you’re in my in-person Bootcamp, Online Coaching, or 1:1 - you are never just given a workout and left to figure it out. You get actual eyes on your form, actual modifications for YOUR body, YOUR injuries, YOUR postpartum journey.
You don’t need to be pain-free to start. You just need a coach who knows how to adjust.
Want this level of support?
DM me “SUPPORT” and I’ll send you the details on how we can work together - whether that’s Bootcamp or my online coaching where you get form feedback like this every week.

Pelvic Organ Prolapse = when your bladder, uterus, or re**um sits lower than it should.
It’s graded 0 to 4:
Grade 0 = no prolapse
Grade 4 = organ drops beyond the vaginal opening
Higher grade = more severe, but Grade 4 is far less common. And no, surgery isn’t the only answer.
Save this diagram. Understanding your body is step one.
For symptoms or next steps, a pelvic floor physical therapist can help you map out options.
