After a lot of thought, reflection, and difficult conversations, I’ve made the decision to permanently close X-Zact Fitness.

This wasn’t a decision made lightly, and it wasn’t made overnight.

X-Zact was built from a deep passion for helping people live healthier lives, a passion that came from personal experiences long before I ever became a coach or business owner.

Over the last decade, thousands of people trusted me with their health, their goals, and their time, and that is something I will always be grateful for.

What started as a simple love for fitness grew into a community that impacted far more lives than I ever expected.

Along the way, I learned lessons the hard way, made mistakes, and grew in ways that only responsibility and pressure can force you to grow.

The past year pushed me harder than any other season of my life, personally and professionally.

It became clear that continuing down this path would require more sacrifice to my own health and that of my families, and that is a trade-off I’m no longer willing to make.

Closing this chapter is deeply painful, but it is also necessary.

To everyone who trained here, supported the mission, showed up consistently, and believed in what we were building, thank you.

X-Zact Fitness changed my life, and I hope it helped change yours in some meaningful way too.

This isn’t the end of the journey, just the end of this chapter.

Dilly Boy…

Our man Dilly has come so far. Only a few months ago he was a buck twenty five- now, he’s pushing 140 and can hold his own in the gym. Keep it up! This is one of the most rewarding things for a coach.

Of course all trainers like to think they “personalize” to thier clients. And some do. Some don’t.

For most people, almost any approach to health will give them some success, especially early on.

The problem is showing each individual how to sustain this new way of life long term- which is where I see most programs fall short- including my own.

The most difficult thing is to meet each individual where they are currently at, and teach, guide, and hold accountable to a new way of life.

It’s not as simple as follow this plan, or that approach. It’s more dynamic and difficult. Obviously there are a lot of factors that play apart in this as well. Just food for thought…

If you want to maximize fat loss right now AND long term…

You need both a solid resistance and cardio training routine. Bootcamp only will not maximize long term sustainability, and weight training only misses a ton potential!

So why not do both!? Shred-X is a a blend of small group personal training and bootcamp style sessions which maximizes fat loss and muscle tone.
