The EP Team is so excited to highlight the hard work of our most recent cohort of apprentices - who have recently completed Part I of our mat teacher training course!

Over the course of 6 weeks this amazing group of movers have studied both the classical and contemporary Pilates systems and have completed the first step in becoming certified instructors! We are so excited to share our love for inclusive and powerful movement with them as they complete their practice hours!

Catch them teaching Sundays at 10:30 AM and Tuesdays 7:00 PM. Link to Sign-Up is in our Bio!
