✨Variations on ✨One of our favorite exercises is foot work on the reformer- you can also do foot work on the Chair and Cadillac. A fun and functional way to progress foot work is to practice sit to stand exercises- we are incorporating balance into foot work by moving within the lines of gravity. We’re still working the same muscle groups but adding new challenges 💪 Foot work helps to condition your activities of daily living by strengthening the areas we use most!

🦢Variations on Swan 🦢 We love back extension exercises to create a well balanced class. We spend so much time in spinal flexion on our phones or on the computer, it feels so good to do a heart/chest opener and move into a different posture!
