Big shout out to our manager Brad for him phenomenal job of keeping our parking lot and steep hill easy to navigate in the snow. He plowed from 8 pm until midnight yesterday, then started again at 4 am this morning to make sure tanks were ready to be open by 7. Thanks Brad!

The Biggest Loser comes to The Pittsford Indoor Rowing Center! Watch as Coach Barb Kindig provides instruction both indoors and on the canal to Rochester contestant Sunny and host Jillian Michaels.

The contestants are on their own this week.

Earlier today, St. John Fisher College announced a new crew program in partnership with Pittsford Crew, coming to the College in fall 2012. The Pittsford Rowing Club will be the official training site for the new teams.

The tanks are currently closed as Brad is draining them and repainting them. They will re-open August 29th. There are plenty of openings for tank time in September and October. Please see the new on-line form for request information!

The Genesee Rowing Club is based in Rochester New York and was founded in 2008. The GRC offers various sweep rowing and sculling recreational and racing opportunities.
