Touchstone is a fully equipped, state of the art Pilates studio offering private, semi-private and small group lessons. We feature Gratz-Pilates apparatus

Touchstone Pilates offers the highest quality Pilates instruction available based upon the system of exercises and philosophies originally developed by Joseph Pilates; what is today called True Pilates. At Touchstone you will receive individual attention by a Romana’s Pilates® certified instructor who understands how to tailor a workout specific to your body and capabilities in an atmosphere defined by energy and professionalism. Touchstone’s instructors, Lisa Pellow and Heather Bartley, are the only currently accredited Romana’s Pilates® instructors in Pittsburgh. Regardless of your age, fitness level, or athletic background, Joseph Pilates’ unique training regimen has proven itself for more than 80 years as an effective and safe method of exercise when taught and applied properly. When you train with Touchstone you will be working on Gratz Pilates apparatus, the finest equipment available, with designs based upon the original specifications of Joseph Pilates.
