SThiel Pilates & MOVEment Center Pilates, AntiGravity Aerial Fitness, Yoga, Fascial Fitness , Pilates Reformer CardioTramp Stephanie is founder/owner/instructor of STHIEL PILATES.

She received her Stott Pilates certification in 2001 and AntiGravity certification in 2016. Prior to forging STHIEL PILATES in 2005, she danced, taught and choreographed professionally with Labco Dance Company, Dance Alloy Theater and Attack Theatre of Pittsburgh, to name a few and still works as a freelance choreographer. Stephanie holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in biology from Youngstown State University.
