Accidents happen, we get that. But be an adult and own up to it and let us know you accidentally put a hole in the wall. If you tell us you did it, no big deal. If I have to find out from someone else who did it, they get a free month’s membership and you get cancelled.

The gym office will be closed tomorrow 9/7/2026 for Labor Day. We will not be available to answer messages phone calls or messages. All members will still have access, but no guests allowed as we will not be in the office to process the day passes.

We are looking for someone to work Saturdays at our Pittsburg location. This is perfect for a high school kid looking for their first job, or someone just looking for a little supplemental income. The shift is 8am-4pm every Saturday with the possibility of extra hours filling in as needed.

We knew this day would come, but it still makes us sad. After 3 years of working here, today is Aidan's last day of working with us. We don't know exactly what the future will hold for Aidan, but we are excited to see it - we know he will be successful in anything he chooses to do.
Stop in between 9-4 today and wish Aidan well. If you want to give him a bonus, anyone who signs up and pays cash today, or pays cash for next month's membership - we are going to let Aidan keep the cash.
Thank you for your years of friendship and hard work Aidan. We will miss you!
