Nationally ranked Drury University wrestler Mason Knight has designed this camp to help wrestlers build the fundamentals that lead to success on the mat. He'll spend three days focusing on technique, position, mindset, and the little details that separate good wrestlers from great ones.

July 23-25
Elementary Rock Gym
Thursday & Friday: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Cost: $40 per wrestler for the whole camp!

If you're serious about getting better before the season starts, this is a great opportunity to put in the work. We hope to see wrestlers of all ages from Pittsburg and the surrounding area there.

Had a great time today! a lot of the crew is missing in this picture but they reminded me i needed to do a better job with the after class photos. ill do better! Free youth summer wrestling program Tuesdays and Thursdays all summer, everyone is welcome.

I made a few changes to the schedule and wanted to update everyone about a few things.

- We are not at capacity, so EVERYONE that preregistered is in! Just show up to class and you're good to go

- For now, we are going to combine the Teens class into one class at 6pm, Experienced wrestlers are welcome to stay late and open mat after class.

- There is a water fountain available, but i highly suggest bringing a water bottle to minimize trips on and off the mat to the restroom area where the water fountain is located

-Pro tip, bring flip flop/crocs or something easy to slip on and off when going to and from the bathroom area
