Our martial arts programs teach practical self-defense techniques and offer a rigorous workout in a fun and inclusive community. Since we view martial arts as an individual's ongoing journey for self-perfection, students are trained and promoted based on their personal progress and skills rather than being compared to anyone else. ram at our school to match your age, fitness level and schedule. Hapkido, the martial art we teach, is one of the original mixed martial arts and relies on knowledge and movement rather than strength to complete techniques, making it the perfect martial art for self-defense for people of all sizes and fitness levels. Hapkido incorporates a variety of joint locking techniques, pressure point attacks, throws, take-downs, kicks, and strikes. Training in martial arts not only teaches you the skills you need to defend yourself, it also helps you develop the confidence and knowledge to prevent dangerous situations from developing in the first place. The techniques we practice have been used and developed for over 4,000 years in combat. The friendly atmosphere of our school creates an environment where training partners become like family. Our community is fun and inclusive, and our students often get together outside of class. Through martial arts, you will also have the opportunity to meet both people in the local community and around the world through international seminars. Our programs for children focus primarily on teaching our students self-control, focus, confidence, respect and positive attitude needed to succeed in martial arts, at home and at school. We train our students how to set and achieve goals, both in the dojang and in other areas of their lives. We offer numerous tools which can be used at home and are then positively reinforced in class to help our students develop self-discipline, respect and reading skills. We also recognize and reward our students who earn excellent grades at school. For our student's safety, our facility is equipped with Carpet Bonded Foam matted floors which combine the sure footing of carpet with the protection of 2 foam mats. We also offer free Wi-Fi and cable TV. for our guests.

The T-Shirts have arrived! T-Shirt Season begins today!

T-Shirt Season Rules:

1) Quest Martial Arts or USKMAF / Affiliate T-Shirts may optionally be worn instead of the dobok jacket to class from now until September 1st.

2) T-Shirts should be tucked into your pants and not hang loose.

3) Dobok jackets are required at belt tests! If you do not wear your full uniform to your belt test, you will not be allowed to test. No exceptions!

4) If you are working on techniques that require a jacket to safely execute, please bring one for your partner to wear. I don't want to see anyone's shirt get destroyed attempting a technique.
