And major props to Class Lori Shaw-Hornburg for crushing 500 classes - we're guessing her kids are keeping her on her toes! 👧‍👦.

Whatever you're chasing—more strength, better movement, improved conditioning, or simply becoming a better version of yourself—finish the week with the same focus you started with.
Stay locked in.
Stay consistent.
Put in the work.
The finish line is in sight. Keep your eyes on the prize. 🏆
Friday isn't a reason to coast.

What is CMB Fitness.

Mary Pat (MP) Sutter is CMB Fitness. She has been here through thick and thin, pre and post surgery, sometimes the only one at 5:15 AM Class. She is someone who wants to keep doing all she can. She will be the first person to push you to lift a little more weight and she is the last one there cheering everyone on.

Karen Abel is CMB Fitness. She had never done anything like this. She had some previous back issues. She was worried CMB would be too intense. Karen has taken to this and pushed herself day in and day out. She shows her kids how to attack difficult challenges and smile through them. She continues to strengthen her back and whole body and work past her previous sticking points.

You are CMB. You care about your health and love supporting those around you. You welcome a new challenge and love to learn what you are capable of. If this sounds like you, you should come check us out and see what you can do alongside like minded people.

Not every workout is going to feel great.
Some days the weights feel heavy.
The lungs are burning.
The legs are tired.
And that little voice in your head starts telling you to slow down.
Smile anyway.
Not because it’s easy—but because you’re capable of doing hard things.
There is something powerful about finding a little joy in the struggle. That smile can remind you that you're here, you're moving, you're growing, and you're surrounded by people who are pushing right alongside you.
The hard moments don't last forever.
So take a breath. Put a smile on your face. And keep moving forward.
You might surprise yourself with what you're capable of.

Accessory training might not always be the most exciting part of your workout, but it plays a HUGE role in building a stronger, more capable athlete.
At CMB Fitness, we use accessory movements to target the areas that help you:

Think of your squats, deadlifts, presses, cleans and pulls as the main event.
Accessory work is what helps build the foundation underneath them.
It may be the extra rows, lunges, carries, curls, triceps work, core exercises, or single-leg movements that don't get the glory—but they all add up.

Don't skip the accessories.
Don't underestimate the little things.
Put in the work. Build the athlete.
