Perham Sportsman's Club All Things to all Sportsmen Perham is the center of some of Minnesota's finest outdoor recreational opportunities.

It is located in a unique geographic location, with lakes, streams and forest mixed within the prairie landscape. Living in an outdoor wonderland is truly living at its best, hunting and fishing opportunities exist within a few miles to those who seek the outdoors. The Perham Hot Shots are gearing up to compete in the 2026 Minnesota State Trap Shooting Championship taking place June 15–23 at the Alexandria Shooting Park. The event is expected to draw more than 350 high school teams and over 8,000 student athletes from across the state, making it one of the largest youth shooting sports events in Minnesota.

We wish the Hot Shots the best of luck as they represent our community on the state stage. Good shooting and safe travels to all participants and families!

Events like these help introduce the next generation to safe, ethical hunting practices while building confidence and appreciation for the outdoors.

The Perham Sportsman’s Club hosts youth and disabled deer hunting experiences at our Koehler Conservation Area, as well as on the land of other generous donors who help make these opportunities possible.

After spending considerable time in the field this year, Mason and Brice saw their persistence pay off when they both harvested a deer on the final weekend of the season. Congratulations to you both!
