CK Fam!
As many of you know, the passing of our beloved landlord, Mr. Awad, changed things for us. Our space at 91 East Union has served us well for decades but it is no longer feasible for us to remain as the future of the building is now uncertain.
Mauricio has made the difficult decision to relocate. He was thrilled to find a gem of a space right in the heart of Old Pasadena. The space is currently under construction. We will keep you posted on the timeline and we’ll continue classes at 91 E. Union right up until our official start date in our new studio.
What we have to look forward to:
•lots of space!
•high ceilings
•modern restrooms
•custom flooring designed for kickboxing
•strength training area
•our same roster of classes + more
•an adjacent parking structure
The new space is undoubtedly more functional than our current one. It won’t have any of the limitations that 2nd floor training brings, there won’t be leaks during the rainy season, heating and cooling are efficient, no plumbing concerns, no flooring issues, etc.
Of course we are having some big emotions about the move and we understand if you do too! Still, know that this next chapter will be even better than the last. Your love, support and flexibility during this phase mean so much to us 🫶🏽 Thank you
