Hi, All--

To ensure that everyone stays as safe as possible, and to also ensure that things can stay up and running as well, I will be complying with the new mask mandates set for the state of CA.

I know this makes exercise a lot more unfun, but as you know, I try to make things as easy on everyone as possible. As always, take breaks as needed, step outside to get fresh air, and let me know if you have any issues at all.

Thanks again for understanding. I know we're all just tired of it all at this point. Hopefully this will be short-lived, and good things will be happening soon.

30 minute cardio classes are now happening weekly on Mondays at 6AM and Tuesdays at 7AM! Come get your heart rate up with us!

You can come in person at my studio in Pasadena,, or join via Zoom from anywhere in the world. I can work with anyone's ability levels and available equipment.

Mondays, 5:30PM: barbell class-- please have a barbell setup at home, or join us in person!

It's not fast. It's not sexy. There shouldn't be any vomiting or anyone screaming at you.

It's slow, it's not linear, and it's frustrating at times. But done right, it will transform your relationship with food, with your body, and with yourself.
