Get Fit By MJ Personal training, small group training, functional aging specialist I have been a personal trainer for 14 years.

Fitness is my passion and I truly love helping my clients to attain their goals. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and live to educate people and to motivate them to work hard and pursue their dreams. I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Athletic Training from California Polytechnic State, Pomona. I received my Personal Training Certification t

hrough the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also a certified massage therapist, am certified in barbell training and am a certified Zumba instructor.
