The Oak Grove Disc Golf Club is seeking Two OGDGC Board Member Positions:

About Us: The OGDGC is a 501(c)(3) organization that meets monthly and in person, to promote, support, collaborate, and brainstorm ideas that will grow the Oak Grove Disc golf community with its activities and events.

The Oak Grove Disc Golf Club Board of Directors currently consists of 9 members, with 2 open Board positions:

💰 Treasurer Position:
Oak Grove Disc Golf Club Board Treasurer
Type: Volunteer / Executive Board Member
Meeting Time: 6:30 pm generally on the 2nd Monday of each month
Meeting Location(s): public establishments in the Pasadena City area

Treasurer Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and reliable Treasurer to join our executive board.

The OGDGC Treasurer will manage the club’s financial health, oversee cash flow,
ensure we have the resources needed to run our outreach, support disc golf course
activities and events, as well as file yearly tax forms, plus other relevant duties.
Attendance at monthly meetings and submitting monthly reports are required by all board members (if applicable).

🌐 At-Large Position:
Type: Volunteer / Executive Board Member
Meeting Time: 6:30 pm generally on the 2nd Monday of each month
Meeting Location(s): public establishments in the Pasadena City area

At-Large Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic member of the OGDG community to join our executive board. The OGDGC Board Member At Large will be expected to add to the monthly conversations, be a part or chair one of the club’s committees, submit monthly reports (if chair of a committee), and attendance at the yearly OGDGC Membership Drive events is highly encouraged. Attendance at monthly meetings and submitting monthly reports are required by all board members (if applicable).

First of all, thank you to everyone who planned, participated and volunteered to help make the first annual Devil’s Gate Open a major success! Hopefully this becomes a staple tournament for years to come 😈🤘
