Fitness is an important part of every athlete’s development.

At Glendale Tennis Academy, we focus not only on tennis technique, but also on strength, coordination, speed, balance, and endurance. These skills help our players move better, react faster, stay focused, and feel more confident on the court.

Tennis is more than just hitting the ball — it’s building the body, the mindset, and the discipline of a real athlete.

Coach Marin’s tennis vocabulary: “Good ball,” “Get in,” “Up”… and of course, one for the Instagram followers.

Small steps. Quick reactions. Big confidence.

In this drill, our young players work on hand-eye coordination, footwork, racket control, and staying focused under pressure. The coach feeds the ball from a close distance, helping each player react faster, prepare earlier, and build confidence with every touch.

This is where strong tennis habits begin: ready position, balance, timing, and focus.

At GTA ProPath, we develop players step by step — with energy, attention to detail, and love for the game.

No kids were harmed… can’t say the same about the camera person 😅
How many tries do you think it took? 🎾
