We’re grateful for the opportunity to equip our Y staff team with the skills and confidence to respond when it matters most!

Last night, some of our team completed First Aid and CPR training—because creating a safe, welcoming environment for our members starts with being prepared.

A huge thank you to our staff for investing their time in this important training and continuing to show up for our community in so many ways. We’re proud to have a team that is ready to care, respond and make a difference!

Last week, our Active Older Adults stepped back in time for a good old-fashioned Sock Hop—and they knew how to have a blast!

From fun games and dancing to delicious food and plenty of laughter, it was a day filled with great memories and even better company.

We love seeing our members come together, have fun, and remind us that you’re never too old to dance, laugh, and enjoy a little sock hop spirit! 🎶✨
