NEXT. 😆
Smith & Wesson 6904 — 9mm.
This thing looks like it should come with a pager, a Crown Victoria, a shoulder holster, and a detective who’s been divorced at least once.
Peak late-1900s energy.
Yes, I said “late 1900s.”
F**k you. We’re all old now. 😂
Before polymer pistols took over the planet and everybody needed an optic cut, interchangeable backstraps, a threaded barrel, a compensator, and seventeen different pieces of grip tape, Smith & Wesson was making these glorious little aluminum-and-steel DA/SA contraptions.
Hammer.
Decocker.
Safety.
Double-action first pull.
Single-action after that.
Basically, back when buying a handgun occasionally required learning how the damn handgun worked.
This one’s a used 6904, compact, double-stack, 9mm, and absolutely dripping with 1992 detective energy.
I handed it to Igor.
He worked the slide, looked at the hammer, admired the amount of metal involved, and essentially wanted to know where America went wrong.
Polymer, Igor.
Polymer happened. 😂
If your handgun experience begins with G***k Gen 4, come handle this thing just so you can experience an era when pistols felt like somebody designed them on drafting paper.
And if you already know what a 6904 is...
You’re probably already clicking the link.
