Ironically, the people who struggle most with moderation are often the ones who've spent years trying to completely avoid those foods in the first place.
When a food is always "off limits," it tends to become more tempting, more exciting, and harder to stop eating when you finally have it. (I know this from lived experience. No thank you)
And OBVIOUSLY "moderation" without boundaries can mean absolutely anything. The way I teach moderation to clients is that whole, nutrient dense foods remain the majority of our diet, the majority of the time. The rest can fall into the minority ✌️
