We found the Mahi out at around 850’ on a temperature break, trolling and chumming squid 👍🎣🛥️🎣 STUART OFFSHORE FISHING REPORT – TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8 🚤
* Wind & Seas: SW winds around 5 knots shifting SE 5–10 knots this afternoon; seas 1–2 ft. Smooth, slick morning conditions, but keep an eye out for scattered afternoon thunderstorms.
* Sailfish: Steady summer-into-fall bite holding in 60–90 ft. Best action near the Sandpile slow-trolling live threadfins or pilchards.
* Mahi-Mahi: Scattered action out in 800–1200 ft. Look for birds, w**d lines, and floating debris while trolling ballyhoo or pitching live bait.
* Kingfish & Bonito: Red hot on the 60–90 ft reefs with non-stop strikes on free-swimming live baits and trolled spoons.
* Blackfin Tuna & Wahoo: Good Blackfin bite around Pushbutton Hill at first light on small feathers and vertical jigs. Early fall Wahoo action is picking up in 150–250 ft on deep planer rigs.
* Bottom Bite: Mutton and Mangrove Snapper holding strong on the 70–100 ft reefs. Long 40-ft fluorocarbon leaders paired with live threadfins or sardines are key.
* Bait Availability: Plentiful. Thick schools of threadfin herring and pilchards are stacked along the beach and near shallow wrecks.

🎣 STUART OFFSHORE FISHING REPORT – WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2 🚤
Yesterday caught with live bait in 50ft of water * Wind & Seas: East to Southeast winds 5–10 knots, seas 1–2 ft with a light chop. Smooth morning conditions, but watch for scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms.
* Sailfish: Fair to steady action holding in 60–120 ft. Best bite directly offshore and near the Sandpile slow-trolling live pilchards or threadfins.
* Mahi-Mahi: Scattered bite out in 800–1200 ft. Look for flying fish, w**d lines, and floating debris while trolling ballyhoo or pitching live bait.
* Kingfish & Bonito: Red hot on the 60–90 ft reefs with non-stop strikes on free-swimming live baits and trolled spoons.
* Blackfin Tuna & Wahoo: Early fall Wahoo action is picking up in 150–250 ft on deep planer rigs. Solid Blackfin bite early AM around Pushbutton Hill on small feathers and vertical jigs.
