Tenacity Training has gone above and beyond this year by helping our boxers step outside their comfort zones, try something new, and discover just how strong they really are.

From the gym to the climbing wall, they’ve helped empower our boxers in ways that go far beyond a workout.

Just one year ago, he decided to try climbing. Now, he's crushing Tenacity's boulder problems on a regular basis. Parker Gerard is this week’s featured member!

“I think after that first climb with my brother, I started looking into it and became sort of obsessed,” Parker says, describing how his climbing journey began. “I was trying to find somewhere local to climb on days where I couldn't go outdoors.” A friend recommended he check out our gym and, since then, he's become one of Tenacity's cherished regulars.

Parker encourages others to try climbing as well. He admits that the sport is not without its challenges, but “breaking through those points where you're stuck gives you a little five seconds of success.”

He also says not to let a fear of heights stop you!

“I was terrified of heights but working through that has been really gratifying.”

Looking for a fun, active job where you can help others challenge themselves and build confidence?

Tenacity is hiring a Rock Wall Attendant!

Requirements:
✅ Must be 18 or older
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Self-starter who can work independently
✅ Comfortable communicating clearly with guests and team members
✅ Have weekend availability

No climbing experience required!
We'll provide the training. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities may include:
• Supervising climbers
• Assisting guests with equipment and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming facility
• Helping create a positive experience for all visitors

Emmett Moyers finally tackled the 8 foot warped wall as a four-year-old. Way to go!! There was a time in this Ninja Journey where we weren’t even sure if he would participate for half the class now he’s a rockstar! Goes to show that exposure and tenacity go a long way for these little kids athletic journeys the confidence they learn is just the byproduct.

Wrapping up our school calendar is always bittersweet because he’s kiddos have grown so much in the past few months.

During the school year we get the pleasure of hosting home school kids at Tenacity. It’s so much fun watching them grow and challenge each other over the months. Gonna miss this crew during the summer!!

We will have the ninja open for camps during the mornings and classes Tues & Thurs 11a, 12p, 5p and 6p
