Ladies - Did you know that Monday & Friday mornings at 9 am I teach a fun class that you would enjoy? 👍Do you love to dance, but you only dance in your kitchen all alone????😢

We got ya, girl! 🤗The easy-to-follow moves and catchy happy music will make you forget you are working out! And it's always WAY more fun with others. The energy is catching! We also take some time to firm those muscle with light weights and also work those abs We end with a good and important stretch time!

I would be honored for you to check it out! Classes are $4 each or we offer punch cards 10 for $30. 😃

Ya’ll it’s time for the grown-ups to get to have fun (well, teens too)! Let loose, not take ourselves so seriously, laugh, and be a little competitive.

Heads up, Pickleballers! Upward Basketball is starting and will affect our evening hours. Morning Pickleball will not be affected.
