One thing I've learned after coaching women for years...

The biggest transformation usually isn't the weight loss.

Use this simple framework for the next 7 days:
Protein at breakfast
A planned lunch (not “whatever happens”)
Protein at dinner
Repeat two go-to meals so you stop overthinking
Bulk cook protein 2x per week, to make it even more simple
