Snow days at the stable ❄️🐴
Tails and Slevin were feeling extra playful yesterday morning — bucking, running, and living their best winter life in the snow at the Ouray Stable. We’re always thankful for the moisture around here… but don’t worry, it came and went, and we’re back to sunny skies already ☀️

We had the pleasure of taking a great group of students and teachers from Montrose High School out on the trail this week! 🤠🐴

There’s just something different about seeing Colorado from the back of a horse. From first-time riders to future cowboys and cowgirls, it was a fun day full of laughs, good conversations, and mountain views that never get old.

Thanks for spending the day with us and making some memories at the stable. We hope to see you all back out on the trail again soon! ⛰️

Shandy surprised us with a beautiful little filly this morning, and Hef sure knew what he was doing with this one. Safe to say ranch life just got a whole lot cuter around here.

Mama and baby are doing great, the sun came up over the mountains, and there’s nothing better than a spring morning with a brand new foal in the pasture. 🌄
