I did a thing I haven’t been able to in 2+ years—hike 5 miles! It’s been a long journey back to a healthy back! To celebrate, I’m hosting yoga in the park ( ) Fellin Park on SUNDAY 8am. Different time, different day, same place. $10.00. Please wear layers, bring water and sun protection. A few mats are available, first come, first serve. See you there! Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend!

Special Edition! Yoga in the Park! Sunday, May 24th, 8am, 8am, 8am! Please bring: layers of clothing, sun protection (although the sun doesn’t reach the park, yet, it’s still light), water, yoga mat (some available, first come first serve), and a hand towel is nice. $10.00 drop-in Venmo accessible. Weather dependent, if it’s yucky, will move it to studio 408 Main Street
