Day starts at 4:30am and somehow I still feel unproductive 😂 having a sick child is always rough, and making them comfortable while doing everything else we have to is definitely a job in itself.

If you invite me anywhere, this is what I’m bringing 🧀 the fuller the better!! You can absolutely recreate this board with $50 or less, but I always buy extra to restock the board as people are eating on it, or to have leftover snack 😆

A day with me as a studio owner & mom 🫶 classes were so fire today!!! I’ll definitely show yall more bts of what it’s like to actually own a studio, but here is a peek 🫠 yall pray for me as I continue to have these interactions cause now my son is confused cause he said “I thought the police come to get the bad guys” like oh! Great!

failed attempt at filming using our new Breville USA juicer 😂 but I got yall next time! I’m going to be making fresh juice at the top of the week so let me know if you want to see the recipes ✨ orange glow juice 🍊 recipe below!

• 3 oranges
• 3 lemons
• 3-5 carrots
• ginger (however much you like- I put a lot)
• tumeric
• celery

I always used to use a blender to make my juices and just strain it after but I like with a juicer you don’t have to cut/peel everything up so much! Either way works.

Slow sundays 🌧️ ft a cute little setup at !! We had 4 classes this Sunday so wanted to give the team a little after class treat. While I haven’t been at the studio teaching a bunch, I still try to show up to make things special for all our clients!

& nothing wrong with a little nap and relaxing before heading into the week! Do you prefer a busy Sunday reset or a slow chill day?

fresh cut 💇‍♀️, nighttime yaps, and back to my stay at home mom era 👀

We do screen free evenings as much as possible. I’ve been exhausted lately trying to align everything for Maverick being home with me, and still showing up as a boss! It’s a lot so having structured evenings is super important. Also…. I didn’t realize how bad my quality of sleep was with him in the bed with me 🫠 my mama heart struggles to not be close but I know this independence is what’s best for him as we step into new chapters in our life!!
