I see a lot of people putting tons of weight for their push downs, but then end up using their entire body to move the weight πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ

This won’t grow your triceps!! Lighten up the weight and feel the burn in your triceps πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

How to perform the Tricep Pushdown THE RIGHT WAY πŸ‘‡πŸΎ

βœ…Use a weight that you can control and feel on the triceps
βœ…Slightly lean forward & poke your chest out
βœ…Keep your elbows still and push all the way down

βœ…Squeeze at the bottom for a second or two

Remember, when the weights too heavy it will make you use other muscles which puts less focus on the triceps
