This Friday, September 18th, we’re turning up the music, lights, and intensity at United Front Community Fitness! 🌈💪

🌟 Check-in starts at 5:00 PM
🎧 7 heats First heat: 6:00 PM | Last heat: 8:00 PM
⏱️ Heats run every 20 minutes
🏃‍♀️ 3/4 HYROX run distances + full stations
🔥 Open & Pro divisions
👥 Individual + Doubles divisions: MM, FF & Mixed
💰 FREE for members | $20 for non-members (per individual)
